Dealing with Dan Fazio was great. I've purchased quite a few homes & properties in my lifetime. Many if not all mortgage lenders will claim they're the cheapest or 'best' (whatever that means). Dan delivers, he was easy to reach and talk to throughout the entire process including on weekends. Always answered texts, emails, calls, whatever mode of communication was employed, and readily answered all questions and concerns. Found the best rate with minimal loan costs. Most lenders give you a ball park figure, Dan even came in under that. The loan costs were so low that the real estate attorney we used for closing, was very surprised & impressed with the figures and commented about it a couple of times, that although she'd been doing closings for over 20 years, she had never seen the closing costs we received. He is very knowledgeable and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure the purchase of our house went smoothly. He always gets back to you in a timely manner and is very professional. I feel most lenders just care about getting your money and not really looking out for your best interest . Got a mortgage despite limited down payment! We couldn't afford much of a down payment and were buying a condo which limited the number of lenders to work with. Dan did an extensive search and found us a lender that could give us a good interest rate and accept our limitations.
